EVALUATION ANALYSIS OF THE FAMILY HOPE PROGRAM IN POVERTY ALLEVIATION IN SIDOARJO REGENCY

Poverty is still often found in developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. Poverty alleviation programs in Indonesia are still intensively carried out, various kinds of empowerment programs are implemented, this is to improve the community's economy towards a better direction. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that provides conditional social assistance to families and/or a person who is poor and vulnerable, designated as a PKH beneficiary family. This study aims to evaluate the Family Hope Program in alleviating poverty in Sidoarjo, analyze the factors that influence the Family Hope program, analyze the actions taken by the government, and analyze the impact of the Family Hope program. This research uses qualitative research methods. The location of this research is in the Sidoarjo Regency Social Service. While the technique used in determining informants is a purposive sampling technique. While the data collection techniques used include interviews and written documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used by researchers is data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification.

The results obtained from this study indicate that the Family Hope Program (PKH) is already running, to find out about the implementation of the Family Hope Program can be seen through the effectiveness stage, the adequacy stage, and the equity stage. Factors that influence this program include implementation and procedures. Implementation is very important to actively involve the community in the planning and implementation of the program. Procedures involve providing the necessary documents and verifying them. The success of the program is influenced by socialization, which requires cooperation and collaboration between the government and Beneficiary Families (KPM). The outcomes of the program can be either positive or negative. Positive results indicate that the program has the potential to improve the welfare of the beneficiary families, while negative results indicate that the program is ineffective. Monitoring and evaluation are required to ensure the success of the program.

How Financial Distress Influences Earnings Management

This research is to analyze the influence of financial distress on earnings management in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2024 period. The sample in this study was determined using purposive sampling. The sample size is 80 company annual reports. Data collection uses documentation. Data analysis uses regression by SPSS. Financial distress is proven to influence earnings management. This means that when a company faces financial difficulties, management will tend to carry out earnings management to cover up the financial difficulties faced so that it looks good in the eyes of stakeholders. The contribution given by independent variables to earnings management variables is small, so it is recommended that further research add independent variables outside this research and use other sectors as a basis for further research. This research provides practical benefits to banking company management to avoid earnings management practices.

Currently, there are more and more losses arising from business actors regarding marketing relationships so that the level of economic growth also greatly influences it, therefore researchers will examine very critical problems to increase the level of sharia marketing relationships and marketing architecture in the Bulak Kenjeran fish center MSMEs and to increase the level of income by using a combination of sharia marketing variables and marketing architecture, especially for business actors in the Bulak Kenjeran fish center and will test the marketing model for small and medium businesses based on sharia marketing and marketing architecture in order to improve sales performance and economic growth due to the impact of the Covid-19 virus on the center. umkm bulak fish on Kenjeran beach, Surabaya city. The first year is to find out the dimensions of marketing interrelationships by combining Sharia marketing with marketing architecture so that it can increase sales of the Bulak Fish Center MSME Business Actors by forming a character of business actors and customers to experience a trade service, developing a marketing information system related to sharia marketing theory and Architecture, educating business actors and potential customers about sharia marketing and architecture as well as collecting primary and secondary data through observations, surveys and questionnaires. The second year is to provide an analysis of the refinement of dimensional concepts related to sharia marketing and architecture at Sentra Ikan Bulak Kenjeran, by providing training and skills for business actors and customers as well, improving marketing services related to the relationship between sharia marketing and marketing architecture, establishing marketing models and provide theoretical refinement on the marketing dimension. The implementation method applied was to use a sample size in this research of 100 respondents taken from business actors and customers of the Bulak Fish Center who had come to the Bulak Kenjeran Fish Center from one stand to another and had been determined in the research, namely at the Fish Center Bulak Kenjeran. This research uses quantitative and qualitative analysis through explanatory analysis method approaches or explanatory research, path analysis, using PLS version 3.0, from a finding it is hoped that positive results will be found and can describe a wider level of marketing quality and certainty so that it can help improving the economic level through sharia marketing and marketing architecture for the MSME Fish Center Bulak Kenjeran Surabaya.

The Impact of Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance Through Work Motivation: A Study at PT. Daya Analitika Sentosa

This research investigates the impact of compensation and career development on job performance at PT. Daya Analitika Sentosa (DAS), with work motivation as a mediating variable. The study utilized an explanatory research design and a quantitative approach, involving a population of 68 DAS employees and a final sample size of 66 through total sampling. Data was collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that both compensation and career development significantly impact motivation. Compensation also has a direct positive effect on job performance, whereas career development does not directly affect performance. However, motivation plays a mediating role, strengthening the influence of both compensation and career development on job performance. These findings suggest that DAS can enhance its Human Resource practices by focusing on compensation and motivation strategies to improve employee performance.

Pengaruh The Effect of School Climate And Emotional Intelligence On Teacher Performance Through Work Motivation At Daarul Muttaqien Junior High School Surabaya

This study aims to determine the effect of school climate and emotional intelligence on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at Daarul Muttaqien Junior High School, Surabaya. This study is an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were teachers who actively teach at Daarul Muttaqien Junior High School, Surabaya. as many as 39 teachers. The analysis test used was the structural equation model (SEM) analysis test. The results of the study showed that (1) school climate directly influenced teacher performance (t-statistic value of 2.379), (2) emotional intelligence directly influenced teacher performance (t-statistic value of 2.694), (3) school climate directly influenced work motivation (t-statistic value of 2.756) (4) emotional intelligence directly influences work motivation (t-statistic value of 3.013). (5) work motivation directly influences teacher performance (t-statistic value of 3.153). (6) school climate indirectly influences teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable (t-statistic value of 1.966). (7) emotional intelligence indirectly influences teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable (t-statistic value of 2.132). The r square value of the school climate and emotional intelligence variables on teacher performance is 69.4%, and the school climate and emotional intelligence variables on work motivation by 37.4%

Parent’s Expectation on the Islamic-based School (Multi-Side Study in Senior High School)

The majority of the Surabaya people are Muslim, so the phenomenon that occurs is that parents prefer to send their children to Islamic-based schools. Prestigious Islamic schools offer a good quality for their students, which includes producing graduates with good morals. This research aims to uncover parent’s expectations of the Islamic-based school. This research uses a multi-site design and a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is parents, principals, vice principals, and students at Khadijah Senior High School, Al Hikmah Senior High School, and Muhammadiyah Senior High School in Surabaya. The researcher uses purposeful sampling and snowball techniques to select the informants of this research. The researcher conducts in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary studies to obtain the data. This research uses a modified analytic method to analyze the data. Moreover, the data validity is used to reveal credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings of this research explain that the parents’ expectations of Islamic-based schools are the children possess a strong foundation of Islam and good morality, which elevates their faith in Allah and its prophet. The children are also expected to grow a sense and awareness to pray independently, including the obligatory and sunnah. The conclusion of this research is the parents’ expectation of their children possessing devout faith is fulfilled. This research is expected to generate an innovation of Vroom’s school management theory.

Parents' Perception of Verbal Violence in Lolly Memes on Social Media

Social media plays a significant role in shaping new trends. One of them is memes that become popular in online media. Memes often appear as entertainment messages in edited content, such as images, videos, text, or other forms. One that went viral was a parody of a feud between a mother who is an Indonesian celebrity and a child, known as the Lolly meme. The Lolly meme often contains harsh and inappropriate words, so it can potentially have a negative impact, especially on children vulnerable to being exposed to such content. This study aims to identify the perceptions of parents who have children of the alpha generation towards verbal violence in the memes circulating on social media. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was collected using documentation, literature studies, and in-depth interviews with informants consisting of parents with children of the alpha generation. This study uses the theory of social construction of reality and the theory of technological determinism. The results of the study show that parents tend to worry about their children being exposed to verbal violence in the Lolly meme. Children or the alpha generation are very susceptible to messages that are currently popular on social media, such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube shorts. Children also need to be able to get an adequate understanding of the content. Therefore, the role of parents in providing clear explanations and knowledge regarding this phenomenon is very important to reduce the potential negative impacts that can be caused by verbal violence content on social media. Parents need to pay more attention in supervising and accompanying children when accessing social media, as well as providing appropriate education regarding safe and appropriate content for their age.

The concept of digital leadership has undergone significant development in recent years. Empirical and literature researches are also developing more widely and deeply. This study is in line with the increasingly widespread influence of the use of digital technology used to manage organizations and the use of digital technology in various aspects of social life. This research is a literature review and aims to find a common thread in the relationship between the concept of digital leadership implemented into various types of organizations. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a web-based literature research approach, with google scholar and sciencedirect.com search engines. To obtain the data, the keywords such as ‘e-leadership, digital leader, virtual leader, leadership in the digital age, leaderhip 4.0, leadership in the era of digital transformation, digital leadership’ were used. The results of the study show that digital leadership is a leadership style and focuses on the implementation of digital transformation in organizations. Digital leadership enables organizations to create a digital work environment and create a digital learning culture.

Literature Study: The Impact of Fatherlessness on Adolescent Self-Control Ability

. Family is an important environment for child development. The role of parents, especially fathers, is crucial in supporting the psychological well-being of children, especially adolescents. Fatherlessness can have a negative impact on adolescents' cognitive and psychological development. This article reports the results of a systematic review of articles published between 2018 and 2024 focusing on the impact of fatherlessness on adolescents' self-control skills. This systematic review aims to determine the impact of fatherlessness on adolescent self-control. This study uses a systematic review method that follows the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines and uses the Google Scholar database. There were 249 articles included and then selected with several predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Of the 249 articles, 4 articles met the requirements. The articles found that fatherlessness has a significant negative impact on the psychological state of adolescents. Adolescents who experience fatherlessness tend to show low self-control abilities. Many factors influence the tendency of aggressive behavior in adolescents, including biological factors, difficult temperament, negative social influences, drug use, the influence of violent impressions, feeling less cared for by parents, depressed, bad associations and family conditions and so on. Adolescents who have fathers who are involved in their lives and discuss the importance of their decisions show lower levels of aggression compared to adolescents with fathers who are less involved in their activities, resulting in good self-control skills.

Resilience in Orphaned Adolescents: A Case Study on Resilience in Orphaned Adolescents at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda

Parental support is vital during adolescence to help teenagers handle challenges. Losing parents or becoming orphaned in adolescence poses significant challenges, often obstructing the development of resilience, the ability to recover from adversity and adapt. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on two orphaned female university students from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings reveal distinct resilience traits in the subjects. Subject R shows proactive emotional regulation and a solution-focused approach, frequently seeking support from friends, indicating a strong ability to adapt through structured self-regulation techniques and high optimism. Conversely, Subject S exhibits a passive, introspective approach, effectively managing impulsive behavior and preferring personal reflection, such as listening to music or walking, before seeking solutions and support from friends. Both subjects display adaptive resilience but through different methods, highlighting the variability in individual coping strategies shaped by their experiences and personal characteristics. This research underscores the diversity in resilience development among orphaned adolescents, reflecting the influence of unique adaptive mechanisms on their ability to navigate life challenges.

THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY AND WORK FLEXIBILITY ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE OF GENERATION Z IN THE DIGITAL ERA

This study aims to analyze the influence of technology and work flexibility on the work-life balance of generation Z in the digital era. In an era of increasingly advanced technology, generation Z as a group of young workers faces new challenges and opportunities in maintaining a balance between work and personal life. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, involving in-depth interviews with 15 generation Z professionals working in various industries. The results show that technology and work flexibility provide freedom for generation Z to work remotely and manage their working hours. However, technology also blurs the boundaries between work and personal life, resulting in pressure to always be available and responsive to work. Most participants expressed that although flexibility provides benefits, they often find it difficult to separate personal time and work, which risks causing burnout. These findings emphasize the importance of clear organizational policies regarding work time boundaries and the use of technology to support a healthy work-life balance. This study suggests that companies provide stress management training and develop policies that support a clear separation between work and personal time to prevent negative impacts on employee well-being. Thus, this study contributes to the understanding of how technology and work flexibility affect generation Z in maintaining a work-life balance in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the use of online business services in Indonesia, with a focus on the factors that influence the use of digital services and the challenges they face. Based on a systematic literature review approach from several previous similar studies, the research results show that low digital and financial literacy is the main obstacle for females in optimally utilizing financial technology, especially online business. Being a single mom or single mother is not an easy thing to do. However, being a single mom does not mean that it will be difficult for a woman to be financially independent. Because there are lots of businesses that single moms can do to increase their family's economic income. This research also aims to examine how gender equality influences social transformation and its relationship to economic development. This research investigates how gender equality can drive beneficial social change using an interdisciplinary approach that combines sociology and economics. Analysis of secondary data from various sources, including statistical reports, scientific journals, and case studies, is the research methodology used. The first step will be identified through several studies and journals. Then, using qualitative analysis consisting of interviews, surveys, and case studies on the influence of gender equality on social change.

Utilization of Digital Financial Facilities by Female MSMEs: A Systematic Literature Review

This study aims to analyze the use of digital financial services by female MSMEs in Indonesia, with a focus on factors that influence the use of digital services and the challenges faced. Based on a systematic literature review approach from several previous studies of the same type, the results of the study indicate that low digital and financial literacy are the main obstacles for female MSMEs in optimally utilizing financial technology. In addition, social and cultural factors, such as the dual role of women and negative perceptions of the security of digital transactions, also hinder the adoption of technology. On the other hand, support from financial institutions and the government in the form of training and increasing access to digital infrastructure has been proven to accelerate the adoption of digital financial services. This study emphasizes the need for more inclusive policies that are oriented towards women's empowerment, as well as strengthening collaboration between the government, financial institutions, and the community sector to increase digital financial inclusion among female MSMEs. These findings provide valuable insights for policy makers and related parties in developing more effective strategies to encourage digital transformation in the female MSME sector.

Studi ini membandingkan dua perusahaan besar, PT Pertamina dan Tata Group, dalam mengimplementasikan SDG 17 melalui strategi kemitraan dan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. PT Pertamina fokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal dan pelestarian lingkungan, sementara Tata Group lebih menekankan penguatan hubungan internasional dan keberlanjutan sosial. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak dari pendekatan yang diterapkan kedua perusahaan terhadap pencapaian SDG 17, dengan menyoroti keberhasilan dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kedua perusahaan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap SDG 17, meskipun dengan fokus yang berbeda, baik dalam konteks lokal maupun global. This research is about the innovation of population administration services using the KNG (Klampid New Generation) application which focuses more on its implementation to the community, especially in the Dukuh Menanggal Village area, Surabaya City. The purpose of this study is to (1) find out the innovation of population administration services with the use of the KNG (Klampid New Generation) application in Dukuh Menanggal Village, Surabaya City, (2) find out the factors that affect the innovation of administrative services to public services in Dukuh Menanggal Village, (3) find out the efforts of Dukuh Menanggal Village in overcoming problems related to inhibiting factors in the innovation of population administration services in KNG (Klampid New Generation) application. This study uses a qualitative method by using a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses data reduction and data presentation. The theory used in this study is the innovation diffusion theory according to Rogers. The results of this study show that Dukuh Menanggal Village in carrying out its implementation is in accordance with the operational standards of public service services, namely as a place for the community to submit various population administration documents. The factors arising from the emergence of this innovation are the importance of the competence of technology users and the continuous socialization so that its implementation can be conveyed to residents. Dukuh Menanggal Village also needs facilities and infrastructure to support the achievement of an innovation carried out, as well as the community's understanding of the benefits of population administration documents.

This research also uses data collection techniques by direct observation and interviews with the Karang Pilang police station. The results of this research show that using communication and community participation in collaborating to create security and order can create success in collaboration and can create a safe and orderly environment. The data analysis technique in this research uses data analysis based on Widyarto's thoughts on collaboration. This research aims to determine the success of police collaboration with the community in creating security and order in the Karang Pilang sub-district environment.

From Women to Women: The Link between Women's Political Leadership and Pro-Women Policies in Indonesia

This study explores the relationship between women's political leadership and pro-women public policies in Indonesia. This study answers the critical question of whether women's political leadership necessarily influences the production of pro-women public policies. By using literature review methods and critical previous research, this study found that although there has been significant progress in women's participation in the field of political leadership (both executive and legislative) from the actor side, there are still major obstacles in terms of public policy production caused by women. by a deep-rooted patriarchal culture and production of pro-women public policies that are pro-women are incapable. This study concludes the importance of integrating gender perspectives into the public policy process to produce public policies that are pro-women in the context of women for women.

Analysis of The Role of Digital Banking for Customer and Banks in The Economy of Indonesia

The purpose of the study is to analyze the role of digital banking for customers and for banks through mobile banking in the economy in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection using triangulation analytical techniques through outlet supervisors and BSI customers as informants. The results of the study obtained that the role of digital banking through mobile banking in the economy is to be a blessing for human life and can improve the welfare/ prosperity of society: (1) for customers, it can provide ease of transactions in terms of time, place, and cost. Customers do not need to come to the bank office to obtain information or make banking transactions and encourage business development and growth, as evidenced by the increasing number of business orders, (2) for banks, digital banking can reduce operational costs when compared to transaction services through relatively large branch offices to pay for office operations. Then it can encourage the realization of a less cash society, namely a lifestyle using transaction media or electronic money in transactions so that there is no need to carry physical money and can improve the quality of service. Thus, both roles can advance general welfare /prosperity, advance the intelligence of a better quality national life and support the Indonesian economy.

Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum from the Perspective of Educators at SMKN 1 Singgahan Tuban

The Independent Learning Curriculum was initiated by the Indonesian government as a step to transform education with the aim of improving the quality of learning and independent learning for students. The implementation of this curriculum provides freedom for teachers in designing learning that is more contextual, interactive, and according to local needs. This study aims to identify the views of educators related to the challenges, opportunities, and impacts of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in secondary schools. This study uses a qualitative method with semi-structured interview techniques for teachers in several schools. The results of the study show that the majority of teachers support the implementation of this curriculum, but face challenges in the preparation of modules and adjustments to assessment methods. This research provides important implications for improving teachers' readiness to implement the Independent Learning Curriculum through intensive training support and resource support.

Gender Equality Issues in the Utilization of Maternal and Child Health Services at Rumah Sakit Tk. III Brawijaya Surabaya

Gender equality in access to healthcare services is an important indicator in health development, particularly in maternal and child health services. This qualitative case study analyzes gender equality in the utilization of maternal and child health services at Tk. III Brawijaya Hospital Surabaya. The study was conducted in November 2024 through interviews with four inpatients, supported by observation and documentation. The results show positive developments in gender equality regarding healthcare decision-making, with women showing initiative in accessing health services while still maintaining family consultation. Information access has improved through digital platforms, particularly social media, enabling better healthcare decisions. Healthcare service utilization was found to be relatively accessible, though some barriers exist in public health centers. Social and cultural aspects indicate harmonious spousal roles with traditional beliefs being approached wisely. The study concludes that while progress has been made in gender equality for maternal and child healthcare access, continued support for women's empowerment in healthcare decision-making is needed.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the level of K3 knowledge and self awareness on the use of PPE. Knowledge is the result of knowing, and occurs after an individual senses a certain object. Meanwhile, self awareness is the self-attention that a person shows as a result of internal, external, or both. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence between the level of K3 knowledge and self awareness on the use of PPE. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT. X totaling 321 with total sampling technique sampling. The data collection tool is a knowledge questionnaire consisting of 32 items, a self awareness questionnaire consisting of 68 items, and a discipline questionnaire consisting of 26 items. Data analysis was carried out using spline regression techniques with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of data analysis show that there is no influence between OHS knowledge on the discipline of PPE use, the t value is 1.287 and there is an influence between self awareness on the discipline of PPE use, the t value is 33.981. With a negative coefficient value of -0.851, which means that discipline will decrease if the variable scores of OHS knowledge and self awareness are absent or equal to 0.

Analyzing the Relationship Between Gender Equality and Javanese ‘Patriarchal’ Culture to Recording Information for Future Generations

Patriarchy is the behaviour of favouring men over women. In Javanese culture currently there is still patriarchy in the social life of the community. There is such a stigma in Javanese culture that places women in a limited role. Often in Javanese culture the role of women is referred to as 3M ‘Macak, Manak, Masak’. In addition, there is the term women as ‘kanca wingking’ or which means friends behind. The purpose of this research is to illustrate that although the world is evolving, Javanese patriarchal culture still hinders the concept of gender equality. Through the results of this research, it is hoped that it can provide a record of information for future generations and can motivate people to be able to realise gender equality. The research method used is systematic literature review. Researchers used secondary data sources referenced through journals and books that have relevance to the issues discussed. The results of this study indicate that there is a relevance between gender equality and patriarchal Javanese culture. In this connection, patriarchal Javanese culture becomes an obstacle to realising gender equality. This finding reflects the patriarchal culture adhered to by Javanese society shackles women in gender equality. In realising gender equality in patriarchal culture, there are several challenges such as a strong patriarchal culture, education and career continuity and social norms.

The Relationship Between Workload and Work Life Balance in Permanent Female Lecturers at University X

. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work life balance. Workload is a demand for tasks that must be completed as an effort and achievement that can cause difficulties in creating a work-life balance. So the hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between workload and work life balance in permanent lecturers at University X. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all permanent female lecturers at University X while the sample in this study were permanent female lecturers totaling 31 respondents. Sampling was done using purposive sampling technique. Data collection tools in the form of a workload questionnaire consisting of 34 items and a work life balance questionnaire consisting of 14 items. Data analysis was carried out using Pearson's product moment correlation statistical technique, with the assistance of the SPSS version 20 statistical program. From the results of the research data analysis, the correlation value between workload and work life balance based on the sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that there is a relationship between workload and work life balance in permanent female lecturers at University X. The workload variable and the work life balance variable have a correlation with a degree of association of -0.637, which means that it has a strong degree of correlation and a negative form of relationship, which means that the higher the workload, the lower the work life balance created.

Preventing Child Marriage in Samarinda City: “Cinta Syejati” Family Learning Center Efforts

One of the problems of violations of children’s rights that is currently rampant with the fairly high number of cases in Indonesia is child marriage or early marriage. Child marriage has a very detrimental impact on human life because it can cause poverty, vulnerability to domestic violence, maternal and child deaths, and also causes vulnerability to human trafficking and errors in parenting patterns so that all children’s rights can be taken away. This article explores the efforts of “Cinta Syejati” Family Learning Center in preventing child marriage in Samarinda City and examines the inhibiting factors. This study uses descriptive qualitative research that focuses on the preventive and promotive efforts of “Cinta Syejati” Family Learning Center in preventing child marriage in Samarinda City. The results of the study show that the preventive efforts consisting of socialization activities, marriage counseling services, and family counseling services is still not optimized. It makes the benefits of preventive efforts not fullt felt by all levels of society. While the promotive efforts consisting of information service through Heartline Samarinda radio broadcasts and Samarinda City libraries are very far below expectation, because can only be carried out several times a year. Additionally, lack of budget, lack of facilities and infrastructure, limited number of human resources, and lack of public awareness become the inhibiting factors of preventing child marriage in Samarinda City through “Cinta Syejati” Family Learning Center efforts.

Socio-Economic Conditions of Female Farmers in Sukapura Village, Sukapura District, Probolinggo Regency

This study aims to analyze the socio-economic conditions of female farmers involved in potato cultivation in Sukapura Village, Sukapura District, Probolinggo Regency. Sukapura Village is known as one of the potato production centers in the highlands of East Java. Female farmers in this village play an important role in potato cultivation activities, including land preparation, plant care, and harvesting. Despite their active role in the production process, female farmers in Sukapura still face various social and economic challenges, such as limited access to capital, limited mastery of agricultural technology, and dependence on middlemen in distributing harvests. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research subjects were selected purposively, namely female farmers who have at least three years of experience in potato cultivation. The data collected were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns related to their socio-economic conditions. The results of the study show that female farmers in Sukapura Village have an important role in supporting the family economy, but their social and economic position is still vulnerable. They experience limitations in access to capital, training, and wider market networks. In addition, dominant social norms limit their involvement in important decision-making, both at the family and community levels. Based on these findings, women farmers' empowerment programs are needed that focus on increasing access to resources, skills training, and developing fairer marketing networks.

PT. Pertamina (Persero ) is again managing the Sanga-Sanga Block from Virginia Indonesia (VICO), a United States oil company. The management of the Sanga Sanga Block in East Kalimantan was handed over by SKK Migas from Virginia Indonesia (VICO) to a subsidiary of Pertamina (Persero), namely Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) starting August 7, 2017. The purpose of this research is to examine the political aspects of the legal protection of local workers in in the field of employment for companies and to find out how the ideal concept of protecting local workers in the takeover of foreign private oil and gas companies by Pertamina. This study uses a sociolegal research approach which will focus on analyzing the theoretical and empirical nature of law and its relationship with society by linking various factors such as social, economic and political that influence the development of law and the legal process. The benefit of this research is to find out the legal politics of local workers in the takeover of the management of the oil and gas company PT. Vico Indonesia by Pertamina on the condition of the local workforce, and found issues related to employment which became a crucial issue as long as the Vico Indonesia company was in Muara Badak and every process of the transition period from the Vico Indonesia company to the state company, namely Pertamina

The Case of Sukabumi’s Teenage Rape in Online News Text: Sara Mills’ Critical Discourse Analysis

The news or issues about women often position them as marginalized and underrepresented in mass media. This study aims at investigating the news about the rape of a finalist in the Sukabumi’s Putri Nelayan contest reported by Detikcom, Tuesday, July 16, 2024 edition. The approach used in this study was Sara Mills’ critical discourse analysis theory and the paradigm applied was descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by applying content analysis with read-and-record technique. They were analyzed by employing Sara Mills’ CDA theory comprising the subject-object position and the writer-reader position. The results showed that Detikcom presented the news about the rape of a finalist of the Sukabumi’s Putri Nelayan contest in Palabuhanratu, Sukabumi. The news focused on revealing the chronology of incidents by the victim's father based on his daughter's confession. The portrayal of women in this news was highlighted by the actors who played roles as subject and as object in the report. The subject was the narrator and the object was the one being narrated. These portrayals illustrated how women were represented in news text. It could be concluded that Detikcom demonstrated its bias towards the victim by prioritizing the victim as the primary subject.

pen Pentahelix Strategy in Improving the Performance of MSMEs in Malang City (Study on Food and Beverage Sector)

MSMEs in Malang City have an important contribution to the local economy, especially in the food and beverage sector which is currently growing rapidly. This study aims to determine the performance improvement of food and beverage MSMEs in Malang City through a pentahelix collaboration model involving academics, communities, government, business people, and social media. This type of research is a mixed method with a sequential explanatory design. The research population was 5,365 food and beverage MSMEs in Malang City with a sample of 100 respondents selected by random sampling. Quantitative data was collected through questionnaires, while qualitative data was collected through in-depth interviews with several resource persons. The research was conducted for three months in Malang City. The results showed that academics, communities, business people, and social media have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Malang City, while the role of government is not significant, but this is reinforced by the results of interviews with resource persons. The pentahelix collaboration strengthens the capabilities of MSMEs through training, mentoring, and promotion, assisting MSMEs in facing market challenges and improving the performance of MSMEs in Malang City. This collaboration is expected to strengthen the MSME sector as the backbone of the local economy, increase employment and unemployment.

Analysis Risk Management on Profit Sharing Financing (Case Study of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Malang Branch)

This study aims to formulate risk management in mudharabah financing. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Malang Branch. Information exploration regarding mudharabah financing risk management was obtained through interviews with employees of Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Malang Branch. The results of the study indicate that risk management in mudharabah financing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Malang Branch is an effort to minimize the risks that occur, both at the pre-contract and post-contract stages. Pre-contract mitigation is carried out by complying with the Standard Operational Procedure set internally by the bank, selecting prospective mudharib, and conducting a feasibility analysis of prospective mudharib businesses. While post-contract risk mitigation is carried out by periodically monitoring the condition of the mudharib's business and conducting business coaching.
