Penelitian ini menganalisis inovasi inklusif gender dalam sociopreneurship di Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) sebagai upaya membangun institusi kepolisian yang modern, humanis, dan responsif gender. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan gender di Polri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pengarusutamaan gender, peran Polwan, dan program pemberdayaan berbasis komunitas berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan keadilan sosial dan kepercayaan publik. Namun demikian, hambatan struktural, budaya patriarki, serta keterbatasan akses kepemimpinan masih menjadi tantangan utama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi strategis, penguatan kapasitas, serta kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan diperlukan untuk mengembangkan model sociopreneurship responsif gender yang berkelanjutan di Polri.
