Industri tenun Troso menghadapi tantangan modernisasi, fluktuasi pasar, dan melemahnya regenerasi perajin, namun perempuan penenun justru menciptakan inovasi sosial yang memungkinkan tradisi tetap bertahan, kondisi ini melatarbelakangi penelitian tentang Smart Weaving for Smart Economy. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep smart weaving berbasis gender, mengkaji keberlanjutan ekonomi perempuan, memetakan kolaborasi pentahelix, dan mengidentifikasi strategi implementatif di Desa Troso. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Smart Weaving terbentuk melalui pengetahuan lokal perempuan yang berperan sebagai aktor kunci desain, produksi, dan kurasi motif; (2) keberlanjutan ekonomi terbangun melalui sistem kerja fleksibel, regenerasi keterampilan informal, dan diversifikasi pendapatan perempuan; (3) ekosistem pentahelix pemerintah, komunitas, akademisi, media, dan masyarakat berkontribusi secara fungsional meski tidak terstruktur; dan (4) strategi implementasi meliputi penguatan kapasitas perempuan, pemasaran digital berteknologi rendah, dan kolaborasi komunitas untuk memperluas pasar. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Smart Weaving for Smart Economy merupakan model sociopreneurship perempuan yang menghubungkan tradisi, inovasi, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal.
