LITERASI BUDAYA DIGITAL DAN ETIKA DIGITAL : DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP INKLUSI KEUANGAN KOPERASI WANITA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kondisi literasi budaya digital dan literasi etika digital pada koperasi wanita di Kota Surabaya serta menganalisis implikasinya terhadap inklusi keuangan digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kepada anggota koperasi wanita, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik inferensial, dengan software Smart PLS 3.0. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 107 anggota koperasi wanita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman anggota terhadap literasi budaya digital, literasi etika digital, dan inklusi keuangan tergolong baik dan menjadi modal penting bagi koperasi dalam mengadopsi layanan keuangan digital. Literasi budaya digital dan literasi etika digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan. Namun, literasi etika digital tidak berfungsi sebagai variabel moderasi yang mampu memperkuat maupun memperlemah pengaruh literasi budaya digital terhadap inklusi keuangan. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan literasi digital secara langsung dan berkelanjutan untuk mendorong transformasi digital koperasi wanita di Surabaya.
